A Guest Lecture was organized by the Dept. of English on “Effective Communication and Personality Development ” on 18th October 2022. The Programme began with Sanstha's Prayer Song. Dr.Lohar P.P. Head  Department of English welcome and gathering. The event commenced with a warm welcome and Introduction speech by Dr. Rathod R.B. Today'sguest Dr. Suresh S. Patil, Assistant Professor, Department of English,  Arts, and Commerce College, Nagthane was the Resource Person. He discussed the topic of listening through fun-filled activities to develop the student's confidence levels. The students were made to know the importance of communication skills for all types of professions. It also helped the students to build a positive attitude and motivated them to achieve success in life. Dr. A.S. Tawar  Vice-Principal, Shared that it was a great experience to be a part of such an informative and helpful session kind would definitely change the way of working from hard work to smart work. 79 students participated in the program which proved to be very informative where they could realize the importance of soft skills in one’s personality development. It was an enlightening experience and aimed at developing the listening and speaking skills of the students instead of merely providing theoretical knowledge.  He appreciated faculty members and students for the successful conduction of the guest lecture. Mr.  Shelar sir you have done a really nice anchoring. The interactive session came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Sahil Gangawane  B.Com II Year student.
