Learning English with Fun

 

The Department of English organized one day activity on ‘Learning English with Fun’ for primary school students on 2^nd January 2023 in collaboration with ZP Primary School, Kushi. Miss. Manisha Sutar was the resource person for the program. Total 44 students participated in the ‘Learning English with Fun’ activity from 3^rd to 7^th class.

In today’s era of globalization, students should learn the skill of effective communication in English. The need and importance of learning English language was explained to the students. In order to develop love for English language and critical thinking various activities were taken such as Unscramble me, Tongue Twisters, Who am I? etc.

All the participants actively participated in the activities. These activities developed the skills of recognition, pronunciation and critical thinking among the students. English Dictionaries were distributed among the participants. Feedback forms were taken from the participants.
