Screening of Short Film "The Lottery"

            The Department of English organized an ICT-enabled teaching session for B.A. III students on 16 September 2025 in the Department of English. The session was conducted by Mr. Sachin Ashok Kamble for the subject English for Communication.

The topic of the session was "The Lottery". To enhance students' understanding and engagement, a projector was used to screen the visual adaptation of the text. The ICT-based approach helped students better comprehend the themes, characters, and narrative techniques of the story.

            Following the screening, an interactive discussion was conducted in which students actively shared their interpretations and opinions. The session encouraged critical thinking and effective communication among the participants. A total of 9 students attended the programme. The ICT-supported teaching method made the learning experience more engaging, interactive, and effective.
